Absolutely wonderful service the best ever! I'd never go anywhere else. I've been coming here for over 10 years . They are the best Dentist in York and surrounding area .Mr Glover is great at his job he did a remarkable job on my son when he did his implant, 11 years ago .Thank you to Yvette and Matt you are so professional at your dentistry work,very polite and both have wonderful attitudes needed for your work. And not forgetting Amy the lovely receptionist who is very kind and polite. Thank you to you all at the Mount Dental practice 10/10 .
My 12-year old son recently had two teeth extracted at the Mount Dental Practice and the treatment he received was exemplary. Dr Glover talked him through what would be involved and how it would feel, putting him at ease. He even established what my son's favourite music was and played a couple of tracks during the treatment.
Following years of unexplained tooth pain a few visits to Mr Glover at The Mount Dental Practice resolved the issues. 2 implants, root canal work and crowns sorted the problems. The work to be carried out was explained well and estimates given. Prior to the work on my teeth Mr Glover's confident, professional manner put me at ease. Difficult extractions and root work were carried using a local anaesthetic and no serious discomfort was experienced. Having been a patient of the mount dental practice for many years now i wish to say that this practice is still as good as ever and the staff who have been brought in over the years have been and are first class led brilliantly by Robert who explains everything treatment wise in such a easy to understand and professional way.Special mention today though for Sara the recently added member of the hygienist brigade as she was brilliant throughout my appointment explaining everything she was doing and felt so relaxed and reassured at her confidence and expertise in what she did.
