I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the clinic. The appointment was extremely helpful and handled very professionally. The whole team was polite, attentive and friendly from the moment I arrived. I would especially like to thank the dentist who treated me today and her assistant! You were both incredibly kind, reassuring and professional. Everything was explained clearly, and the treatment was carried out confidently and carefully. I received excellent care from Jamie recently. When I became anxious about the numbness from the anaesthetic, he took the time to reassure me and keep me calm. Later, I worried that the wrong tooth had been removed (which thankfully wasn’t the case, it was me being a bit daft) and he handled the situation with great professionalism, explaining everything clearly and patiently. The reception staff were also great - friendly, efficient, and supportive. After waiting over a year to access an NHS dentist, I’ve been extremely impressed by the quality of care throughout.
Wife had to call 111 whilst we were visitors to York over the New Year, they got her an appointment here and they were brill. They did all and more they could to help which left my wife a very happy lady in her time of need. Very good price to. Thank you
Lost a piece of tooth so needed an emergency appointment. Reception staff are polite and friendly. James is an excellent dentist, explains everything he is doing so there are no surprises. As an elderly patient his help and consideration make a huge difference.
