I am sure the place is great but unfortunately for me I had a bad experience, probably just a coincidence. I called in to book an appointment and the receptionist told me that she needs to speak to the practice manager to book me for an appointment and she will call me later, 6 hours later I receive a call from them with the phone ringing for a second or less then they hang up. So I phoned them back and I find it weird that the receptionst picks up straight with "Hi Sami". I phone the next day with a query about the appointment and I have been kept first in the queue for the 20minutes until…
Very disappointed with the reception at this practice. I tried to book an emergency appointment recently, and spent nearly an hour trying to get through on the phone, even though the answer machine was saying I was number one in the queue. Eventually I got cut off completely. Why can’t they answer the phones ? I also left an email to which no one replied. No apology or anything ! The customer service has gone right down hill since Mr Hopkins left, and is now even worse with the departure of Victoria Poyner. I would advise anyone registering with this dentist to think twice.
Mekha & Courtney were fab with my kids today, really put them at ease & the kids ended up chattering their ears off. Both my girls came out saying they really liked them both & hope they have them again next time. Thank you again
My husband and I have been patients at the surgery for over 20 years. We have found both receptionists to be extremely helpful and friendly both in person at reception and also on the telephone.
