Mydentist - Bridewell Street - Wymondham

I have had a lot of problems lately and the care I received from all of the staff at the practice was exemplary and all under the NHS. Maria Elena was excellent and made every effort to preserve my tooth but removed it painlessly when this was not possible. I never had to wait more than a few days for an appointment and when I was in a lot of pain I received an appointment for the same day. Thank you.

I had a bit of a rocky start with My Dentist in Wymondham as my payment was taken before the appointment as I was having work done on finance, which was a little disappointing. However, after a number of apologies, I can confidently say that the service has been fantastic. The dentist and the finance team were both excellent. It was a bit pricey, but I’m really glad I went through with it and would definitely recommend them! Thank you to Lisa and the team.

What an excellent dentists practice! A very friendly and supportive Receptionist and understanding and professional staff. The team were able to fit me in for an emergency appointment at very short notice. Tooth fixed, fantastic!

Firstly I like to stress I am not signed on with this dentist ( I’ve been unable to find a dentist in my area) but I approached this dentist with a request for an emergency appointment due to a very painful tooth. I explained I was willing to pay as a private patient as nowhere will take you in as NHS. At first the lady on the phone seemed very helpful. She said she didn’t see an issue with this but would confirm it with the private dentist and would call me back. I didn’t hear anything for 2 days, so I called.
