I have been with the dentist for years, and my actual dentists, and the receptionist Bev have always been amazing, they would have a 5 star review..my 1 star is purely based on recent calls. I have had to call in 3x recently, one to cancel my sons appointment as he was ill and off school, and the line just kept getting someone hang up on me, it took me about 20 mins to get through. The 2nd time I called into the dentist when it opened as I had a abscess, to be told to call in they couldnt make appointments in person, again called in hung up on about 5x times then the appointments were gone.…

Needed an emergency appointment as raging toothache. Phone at opening time obviously everyone wants an appointment. The receptionist explained that day all appointment were gone and if I would like would be put on cancellation but try again the next day. Third day given an appointment. Said a lady dentist. Went through everything that would be done. I'm very nervous at dentist and found her very calm and reassuring. I don't know why I worry as you know nothing is worse than a toothache. I was very impressed with the service I received at the surgery. I was seen promptly and my extraction was carried out extremely efficiently. I was given after care advice and was on my way home in less than 30 minutes. I was also given a prescription for antibiotics as one of the tablets I am currently taking may have prevented healing of the site. This was picked up from the medical history form I was given to complete on arrival.

I went into my appointment on time my dentist is super friendly and very efficient. He then saw my daughter and made her feel at ease. The whole family always has a positive visit.
