We recently visited Willows Dental Practice with our little boy, Daniel. On the positive side, the practice itself is beautiful, the staff were very friendly, and Dr Neil was wonderful with our son. He has a calm and reassuring manner and made Daniel feel very relaxed, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, our overall experience was mixed. It’s hard to convey how brilliant I think the team at Willow’s Dental & Implant Centre are. From the moment you walk in, the front of house staff are very friendly and put you at your ease. Of course they know you’re coming, your appointment is clearly on their screen, however, I always feel welcomed and like a person not just a name and number. The care and dedication from all staff at Willows is outstanding and I highly recommend their services. Being a patient in need of a complete smile makeover without the use of braces, I was nervous as I realised that there would be some complex work needed. After being terrified of going to the dentist for over 40 yrs of my life, I met Jas and liv at willows dental practice. I can honestly say it has been the best experience. Jas is amazing. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I never felt any pain throughout the whole process, actually enjoyed the experience and looked forward to going to the appointments.
