I attended my appointment at Dovedale Dental Practice this morning, was met with smiling, polite, professional staff, dealt with promptly and my next appointment was booked there and then. No hassle. Great service. Thank you very much.
I have never had a negative experience at Dovedale in the several years I’ve used them. All the staff I have encountered have always been polite and helpful. As someone that suffers with mental health, Katie and her assistant are understanding and go out of their way to make I’m ok before treatment. If you need a professional dentist don’t hesitate in using Dovedale Dental practice. Professional work done with a human touch.
Excellent care and communication. Ash & Sean and the wider team take time to do a thorough job, provide all the information necessary for the patient to make informed choices and engage at a ‘human’ level. I’ve never yet left an appointment at Dovedale Dental Practice feeling like I’ve been treated like ‘just a number’.
Posting on behalf of my mom who is 83. My sister took my mom to Dovedale dental practice. They were greeted by friendly accommodating staff. The nurse and dentist Manni were so friendly and helpful. This is a lovely dental practice and they both highly recommended every thing about it. Thankyou for your help. Highly recommend this practice.
