Don’t get me wrong I don’t like going to the dentist however, my recent visit for a filling which I had been putting off was so amazing even I can’t believe I’m using these words about a dentist appointment. Today I had an emergency appointment due to severe tooth pain. I was seen almost immediately, which was a huge relief. The whole team was extremely kind, professional, and caring. The dentist took a very personal and compassionate approach, explained everything clearly, and genuinely tried to help in a very stressful situation. I truly felt looked after and treated as an individual, not just another patient. Despite the pain and stress, the atmosphere was calm and reassuring. Having broken my crown on Thursday, 19th December 2025 in the morning , I visited the practice hoping that they could help me, especially near Christmas time! The lady at the reception was most helpful saying that I would be able to see someone within 40 minutes, considering that they had appointments during the day. Aran who saw me was very professional in every way, explaining to me what the cause could be. Having a temporary crown fitted on the same day felt like an early Christmas present.
