Rang today to see if they’re accepting new patients for emergency appointments as my original dentist don’t have no appointments until April! Was in so much pain as well! The lady at reception was brilliant got me in within a hour and the dentist I had was amazing too can’t thank them enough. Professional, clean, staff are kind and more than helpful. The dentist could see I was nervous and shaking but she made me feel at ease always going to use this dentist now. Thank you all once again for helping me it’s greatly appreciated.
Went for a check up for the first time in 5½ years this morning at 9:20am with Mhd Mayar Dia (& assistant). Receptionist are also very welcoming and friendly. During my appointment, I had a black mark on my very back left tooth, Mhd Mayar Dia believed it was just surface level and after an X-Ray, comfirmed this too. He explained i could have a filling for it and explained my options (Amalgam or White composite filling). I went with the white option for my own aesthetic. Rubbish dental practice, payed £40 to see the consultant - who said he would call back within two weeks, who never called! I called up once/twice a week to get an update and after 6 weeks he finally decided to call me and told me I would receive a phone call that day and then following that phone call a letter of appointment regarding my treatment that was 8 months ago and I’ve heard nothing!! Before this I had several appointments with dental nurse who persuaded and persuaded me to book the £40 appointment all for nothing to come of it! unhappy with the services and consultation I received…
They seems good and at the same time seems busy. It seems they have lots of patients. The last time I visited with my child; I was advised to call 111 because they got no space available to accommodate us. That doesn’t mean they were bad; it might be that they were overwhelmed with clients at the time of my visit. I have seen lots of patients with positive experiences from them which is an indication of good practice. Therefore, I commend them for their work; there has been backlog of patients since Covid.
