I presented at this dental practice as a new patient as I needed to move to a dentist within my locality. Firstly, when I called to make an appointment, the phone was answered promptly and the receptionist was so lovely, professional, informative and efficient. Dr Samrai and Tracy were so kind and understanding of my difficulties … but made my tooth filling experience and easy one! They steadied my nerves and reassured me throughout the process … thank you! I would happily give this dental practice a 5 star review. I phoned the practice yesterday morning, got registered straight away and got myself an appointment for 3pm. The reception staff are as friendly and helpful as you can wish for. When I seen the dentist, I told him I have a phobia of being in the chair! He put me right at ease, explaining everything he was doing, as he was doing it. I got exactly the right treatment I needed, and I'm actually looking forward to going back in a couple of weeks to have my loose teeth removed and having a denture fitted. Dr Nasar Rashid and Tracy were absolutely amazing! I was so nervous as had to have three teeth out but they made me feel at ease and comfortable and the extractions were painless and quick, lovely people, stops me being so scared of the dentist which for someone who usually avoids it like the plague that’s a really big deal, actually looking forward to my next appointment instead of dreading it, thank you both so much ☺️
