Fantastic dental practice. We as a family have always been treated with respect, care and compassion. All the staff are approachable, friendly and helpful. Mark is an exceptional dentist who puts people at ease quickly and deals with all dental issues with the utmost professionalism, whilst maintaining an approachable and friendly demeanour. We have never been so relaxed at any other dental practice. Thank you all so much for all the years that you have been providing us with such an excellent service!
Very friendly and compassionate staff. Mark Webb and Mr.Yip are exceptional and always advise honestly. I used to be afraid to go to the dentist but not anymore.
Went here as an emergency as I couldn't get in anywhere. I've been back again since. Mr Yip was very calming and reassuring as I was very nervous. I hate the dentist but he made the experience that bit easier, and I'd definitely recommend the practice.
I travel especially to see this dentist since moving outside of Pendeford. Dr Yip is a wonderful dentist and I 100% recommend him and this practise.
