I was very nervous of visiting a dentist following a previous bad experience many years ago. Since I joined Dental Health Stop as a patient a few years ago, the care, patience and professionalism always shown to me as a nervous patient means I am now able to dental appointments without fear. Thank you to all at the practice for your care.
The practice terminated my mother’s service with zero prior warning, leaving a patient without care. When we challenged this, the administrative failures only got worse. The reception staff provide conflicting information and have placed unnecessary barriers in the way of the complaints process. They initially "lost" the verbal complaint, then insisted it must be in writing or that an elderly patient must come into the practice in person—completely ignoring the needs of those with mobility issues or language barriers.
