Went for my initial consultantion with Adjay and he was great. He listen to my concerns and recommended me the right treatment plan. He explained the treatment plan properly and I’m now looking forward to my second consultation. (Kudos to the customer service they had my fav song playing in the background!)

I visited clear smiles today and had a consultation with Adjay. The knowledge he had was amazing very clear and listened to all my concerns and answered every question I had. We discussed the treatment plans and he made sure I understood everything and the process to get the end result. I can’t wait to see the end result would 100% recommend anyone to visit clear smiles as someone who hates the dentist this has changed my outlook. Thank you Adjay !!

Genuinely very disappointed with my experience. I had an appointment booked for 6pm and was still not seen by 7:05pm. I understand that delays can happen, but what was most frustrating was the complete lack of communication. No one explained the delay or even acknowledged the extended wait. The website states the appointment would take around 20 minutes, which is exactly why time slots are booked in advance.
