Blue Cross Dental Care (Ashmore Park)

first visit to this dentist today 5* service, lovely lady on reception who is new and very welcoming. The dentist and her assistant were great, made me feel very at ease, showing and explaining the X-rays they had taken. I am not usually not a fan of dentists , but will definitely return here. Thank you , what a great find :)

Dental care at Ashmore Park. I visited couple of times to register myself, my kids, and my wife, but they got no space for us. Although, they promised to contact us when they got space.

Received a letter to say due check up, called day after it was received and told been taken off their list as not intended any appointments when they sent last reminders. Yet every time I called from last reminders I was told no appointments due to covid and to wait for them to send the next appointment reminder so I did, then got told this. Also told they would call back to see if they can put me back on, but never received a call. I’m now without a dentist due to this place - definitely don’t recommend.

I went as an emergency patient. The young chap on reception was very welcoming and polite. The lady dentist put me at ease straight away and was really lovely. I just wish you had space for me to join your practise.
