I have been coming here for 14 years and the lady dentist was always fantastic with my treatment. I believe things changed after covid and now a male dentist is there where the service is shocking. In October 2025 he said because I have not been for a long time you will need a deep clean which would cost. A week later would be the treatment. In that week I have had no letter of what the treatment would be or the cost. It took no longer than 12 minutes and at reception they stung me with a bill of £180. Recently came to this dentist after neglecting my teeth for a while with bad mental health. Needed a tooth that was in a bad way extracted. I hadn't been to the dentist for over 10 years and have only ever had a filling. I was absolutely petrified and the dentist and his assistant were incredible. Patient and reassuring and got me through the procedure without me panicking. My tooth was out in minutes and I was on my way. Incredible. Helped to much with my fear of the dentist.

Unfortunately I havent been to a dentist for years. Had a few issues because of this. Visited twice recently and the dentist and staff are so lovely. Thank you so much for great service and attention.
