Only my first appointment, but the reception team were friendly and helpful. The dentist I saw was also friendly and helpful, she definitely knew what she was talking about and asked me if what she was proposing was a good idea (I like this approach, I'm not a dentist tho, so I'm always going to agree with you 😆). Great first impressions!
Nadia was professional, understanding and confident in coming up with options and a treatment plan. Highly recommended. I was politely greeted in reception and seen to in good time.
Moved my appointment with less than 24 hours notice after being booked in for several weeks, for which I had to move my entire day of work appointments to make. They didn’t inform me there was no on-site parking. I notified them as a result of their parking situation I would be 10 minutes late, and they confirmed. Only after arriving, checking in, and waiting, was I informed I wouldn’t be seen. Completely incompetent staff have wasted my time, will avoid at all costs
Outstanding! I can highly recommend Winnersh dental practice, which exceeded my expectations. They are an outstanding practice! The dentist I see is called Ilyas Chavdi - who goes above and beyond for his patients and takes the time to make you feel at ease and answers any concerns that you may have and explains everything to you in depth, and with warmth - nothing is too much! I never feel rushed during my visits and feel as if I’m in safe hands with Ilyas as he’s very professional, skilled, pleasant, thorough and reassuring.
