I cannot recommend Smile Rooms Wokingham highly enough. From the moment you walk in, everyone is so warm, welcoming and genuinely kind. I have been scared of the dentist all my life, but the team here immediately put me at ease. The Dentist and Hygienist explain everything clearly and talk you through the treatment plan in a way that is easy to understand, which really helped calm my nerves. Everyone is so supportive and helpful, and for the first time ever I actually feel relaxed about my dental treatment. From the moment I started my composite bonding journey with Smile Rooms, I felt extremely comfortable. Catherine and Dr. Sanj have been amazing and made sure I understood every step of the process. I had composite bonding done on my 8 top teeth as I wanted a straight, natural-looking smile, and Dr. Sanj truly excelled in delivering exactly what I asked for. Absolutely shocked how these people can't pick the phone up and be transparent. I went for a consultation and Anisha reassured me that she will draft a plan about my treatment and I left very happy. Only to receive an email next day instead of calling to tell me I can't help you because you are not going to like the results, making assumptions about me and wishing me good luck. The whole process from start to finish has been fabulous. I decided on Smile Rooms Wokingham after visiting another dentist in a different town who I wasn’t particularly impressed with. Dr Sonam and Jean have been first class, so polite and friendly and have clearly explained every step of the procedure. I now have a bridge and an implant and they look perfect and natural, just how they should. I unreservedly recommend these guys, they are fantastic.
