From the moment I met Dr Shirin I knew I was in capable hands. I’ve endured dental anxiety for over 20 years so stepping into the chair was a huge step, but Shirin’s calm, patient manner completely put me at ease, my dental work was carried out with exceptional skill and gentleness. I’ve left feeling relieved, grateful, and with renewed confidence in my dental care. Bean Oak Dental Surgery is very professionally run. Upon arrival, you’re greeted with a warm welcome by the ladies on reception. My dentist for many years now, Abhishek, instantly puts you at ease with a smile. Both he and his dental assistants are very skilled and knowledgeable. Throughout the procedure, he provides you with step by step guidance, which is always greatly appreciated. Thank you 🙏🏻
1st visit and not disappointed… very calming environment… friendly, welcoming reception team, Shirin very kind and reassuring… took her time to explain everything. 2nd visit - hygienist… not my favourite event but Marie was amazing and keeps checking that all is ok…my teeth feel extremely smooth now.
I am very happy with the professional and caring dental treatment provided by Bean Oak Dental Care. They are very attentive to my needs and very understanding and helpful especially recently with a minor emergency. A special mention for the very friendly and helpful support staff. My only disappointment has been the departure from the NHS - but in spite of this I would recommend Bean Oak Dental Care to anyone
