I’ve been a patient at this practice for years and want to say a huge thank you to Claire. During my pregnancy I was really paranoid about my teeth due to morning sickness, and she was so kind, accommodating, and genuinely caring. She always puts me at ease, takes time to explain everything, and I fully trust her clinical decisions. I can’t recommend her enough!
Alison is really gifted in what she does she’s made me smile again after getting composite bonding. The full team are great :)

The entire experience felt like a conveyor-belt operation – fast, impersonal, and lacking basic courtesy or patient care. There was no personalised attention, no explanation of procedures, and absolutely no effort to communicate clearly. Always receive 5 star service. Alison has been my dentist since childhood and always makes me feel at ease. I recently had emergency dental treatment with one of the other dentists within the practice and really happy to say he was great, brilliant communication throughout the treatment and very knowledgeable information given.
