Absolutely love this dental clinic .. from the minute you arrive you are greeted straight away with a huge smile from Rachel on reception with her 100% customer service and warm welcome . Then on to my amazing dentist Pearly Alex. She just makes me feel so at ease, and well looked after . She takes her time to talk things through with you so your left feeling great and know what treatment you will receive next visit etc . Definitely 110% improvement since it was taken over. Excellent dental practice. Rachel is an efficient and pleasant receptionist. The reception area is modern and always clean. My dentist Pearly, is always pleasant and ensures a good experience, by discussing the treatment options fully and displaying a high quality of dental skills. I have been taken on time, at the majority of appointments and if running late at all, informed by Rachel. They make a visit to the dentist a pleasurable experience and exceed all expectations.

After months of very poor treatment at a local dentist, I found Manor. The difference in their approach was like night and day. Rachel the receptionist, is extremely efficient and friendly. The dentist I saw was Pearly. She is empathetic and knowledgeable, and she identified problems with my teeth that my other dentist had dismissed. I am now getting the treatment I need. I am so glad I found The manor Dental. A trip to the dentist is now a much more positive experience. The dental nurses are lovely too…. All in all, a very effective and friendly team.
