Great service in my dad's care home. But very hard to get through to on the phone for follow up

Highly recommend. My frail 94 year old mum was having problems with her denture slipping down constantly. Parnia and her lovely team were so kind and patient with mum and after four appointments mum is pleased with her new denture. Usually given a time slot of about an hour before each visit, which is helpful if you need to travel to the care home or wherever. Totnes hub are always helpful and pleasant too. Very weird receptionist. I barely had time to say that I would be a new customer and they cut the call on me. Tried to call back few times and nobody picked up. The call wasn't even 60 seconds long to be denied service like this. Very rude.

My dad is in a care home and has very limited mobility so I am unable to get him to his dentist. At Home Dental were recommended by the care home and it was very easy to book an appointment. The visit happened very quickly and the ladies that came to see dad were lovely and put him at ease. After the initial appointment, further treatment was recommended and this was also easy to put in place. A great service for those unable to get to a dentist.
