I'm a nervous patient who would prefer to walk over hot coals than enter a dental surgery. My recent visit with a hygienist was wonderful. She was able to put me at my ease very quickly, and I didn't experience any pain or discomfort. In fact, I Ieft the surgery smiling!

Very accommodating- after my late arrival due to weather conditions hygienist Laura still fitted me in for a quick appointment. I have been able to request the type of treatment that works best for me and am grateful for her receptive and friendly attitude. My only hesitation in recommending this dental practice is the location with nearest parking several minutes walk away. Normally not an issue but on this occasion did contribute to making me ten minutes late.

Today I received excellent care and service from hygienist Ellen J and assistant. Ellen’s work style I found welcoming, calm, and thorough and I sincerely appreciated the detailed descriptions and answers she gave me. I even gained new information about a gum issue I have had for many years. Today’s appointment was not cheap but it was worth it as I received top quality care. Thanks to Ellen and her team and my always brilliant dentist Claire and her assistant Jade, I am now doubly happy to go to my local practice :)

Most recent appointment was "ok" but bombarded with a lot of information about follow up appointments and then provided a quote which contained 2 cost items when the dentist subsequently explained the 2 items were a lower and upper price range for an extraction. Why the dental practice can't have IT systems which provide cost estimates in that way is a mystery. The most disappointing aspect however was that prior to the appointment I was sent an SMS text asking me to complete 4 forms - 2 of which were NHS dental forms, so it was fair for me to assume my dentist had re-registered as an NHS d…
