Tain Dental Care

The dentist is private and one can be put on the NHS list. The staff are very helpful. The dental surgeon is very pleasant, and is very considerate in the way he cares for your teeth. Appointments can be long in waiting.

Myself and my wife arrived on time for our follow on appointments for check-ups and what followed was shocking when we reported to reception. At one point there were three members of staff gathered around the computer screen and we were told the following:- 1. You had appointments last month but never showed up. 2. Your next appointments were cancelled due to an emergency in-house training day (without informing us). 3. You do not have appointments for today and we do not take appointments for these time slots as we reserve them for emergency patients. 4. We no longer call or text patients …

Hi, I had a lot of work done at Tain dental care. The only reason, I built up the courage to go,The staff from walking in were brilliant and made me feel welcome from the first appointment.. And help build my confidence up I am not scared of much but the dentist I was.Not now I will go to any dentist because of the treatment I received and care I got from the staff at Tain Dental Care because they Care .. I had worst experience with Tain dental care. I enrolled for entire family in July 2023 with first ever dental appointment of 28th December suddenly in the morning of 28th Dec got a called from the practice saying need to cancel my appointment due to dentist unavailable and earliest next appointment can be given of Jun-2024. If it is missed from us practice will cancel registration now it is practice and dentist who needs to be penalise. This is ridiculous and unprofessional for which certainly going to complain to NHS and local MP. They dont want to serve NHS patients as slot can be given …
