Sir Ludwig Guttmann Health & Wellbeing Centre If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place is absolutely horrible when it comes to booking appointments and handling referrals. My GP sent a referral for hemorrhoid rubber banding, and after requesting it through the NHS App I waited 14 days with no call and no contact whatsoever. Despite this being an urgent medical issue, no one contacted me and I had to call them myself just to get any response. When I finally spoke to someone, I was booked for 27th of May, nearly three months away, for a procedure that in my case is an emergency, for a sim…
If I could give 0 stars I would The staff for the breast screening service was absolutely disgraceful. The two ladies working were very very horrible , not welcoming at all letting other people go before our turn and time just because they seemed to know her. They’re so so rude when filling out the form and when asking questions absolutely no customer service skills to say the least and when I asked her how long she told me to just wait … why am I waiting for an appointment that I came for on time mind you just because you let other people through first . DISGUSTING behaviour from them all…
If I could I will give 0. Almost impossible to reschedule an appointment as the number given in the message is unreachable. After 25 calls to different numbers someone pissed off may accomodate the request. If you are booked for a pelvic scan they perform just an abdominal scan all the times, making you believe they have seen enough, they are instead 2 distinctive exams serving different purposes. The level of accuracy is 0 the level of laziness 5 stars.
