With having been with them in the past and kicked off with 3 missed appointments, I got back in at the end of last year and had my first appointment today at 13:00 which was confirmed on Friday 3rd last week over the phone. No phone calls to tell me that my appointment had been changed to 12:00 today only to phone them and get told that they rang me on the 3rd to tell me it had, being told over the phone “because of my bad history in the past with missed appointments and now with missing my first appointment I’m kicked off again and will have to go somewhere else or go private with them”. I've recently joined the dental practice and was seen by the dentist Karishma. I'm quite a nervous patient but she was very friendly, put me at ease and discussed the options I could have. I saw the student hygienists Lisa and Alix last week and they were both really lovely and friendly and took the time to discuss my treatment. I'm really happy with the service I have received and all the lovely staff that work there. Thank you.
