Needed an emergency appointment and was seen really quickly. Practice manager Millie and the receptionist Lottie were both really lovely! The dentist was also great, really thorough and didn't feel rushed despite being a last minute appointment. Highly recommend!

Everything is great! I have a phobia of the dentist and haven't been since pre covid. The entire experience from registering, arranging an appointment and particularly Maneeb was outstanding. He was gentle, kind and patient. I am delighted to have found such a great dentist. Thank you

Male dentist misunderstood my dental needs and got upset with me. I think my ASD, mental health and anxiety made it difficult for him to stay calm with me.

This survey! ALL the staff I encountered yesterday were amazing. The building is clean and airy, the reception staff friendly and welcoming. I had an emergency appointment and needed to go upstairs for my treatment. Staff noticed my difficulty with the stairs and immediately came to assist. The dentist was kind and listened to me. Knowing I am a nervous patient he soon put me at ease. The treatment could be called pain free.
