Keerthi Nipin was absolutely wonderful, exceptional, professional, and provided such gentle care during my scale and polish. Even as a nervous patient, I felt totally at ease throughout the treatment. By the end, my teeth looked and felt fantastic, almost like I had a brand-new set of teeth! I couldn't recommend her more.
Excellent attention from Dimitri Maos who i have been seeing for a long time. He and his nurse are always friendly and caring. Keeta the Hygienist was very thorough and she and the nurse were very friendly and helpful. Reception are always friendly and efficient . I completely recommend this practise.
Absolutely fantastic and professional service from start to finish. The receptionists, Anti, Dimitri, and Mona, were all welcoming, friendly, and extremely helpful, which instantly put me at ease. A special mention to Dr Dimitri, what a skilled professional. He handled my first tooth removal with great care and confidence, making the whole experience far less stressful than I expected. I couldn’t be happier with my local dental practice and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent care and professionalism.
I had a very disappointing experience at this dental practice. Despite mentioning that I am pregnant and in a lot of pain, I had to wait a long time to be seen. The dentist seemed clueless and was not at all helpful in addressing my concerns. To make matters worse, I was asked to pay a deposit for my next appointment, which I found incredibly unprofessional, especially since my treatment is fully covered by the NHS due to my pregnancy. The receptionist was equally clueless and didn’t seem to know what was going on. Overall, I’m extremely dissatisfied with the service and would not recommend…
