My dental journey has been amazing under the care of Dr Rehna Mohin. At my previous appointment this year, Dr Mohin identified a medical problem and a referral to a specialist made and accessed . Very positive outcome! I am very grateful for the professional care given to me with kindness and dedication. First class service received within a NHS setting. AMAZING SERVICE! Rehna <3 is a great dentist. Booked an emergency appointment late on the night, was seen by 9:30am. Left at not long after 10am following a double tooth extraction. Rehna was my dentist for the appointment and she did a fantastic job. She made sure i was comfortable and even with a difficult extraction i didn't feel a thing. Rehna's assistant also made sure they were always on their toes to help. The service was so good i'm already planning future dental plans to fix up some more issues, know they'll do a fantastic job of fixing them.

I wish to formally complain about the charges and policies applied during my recent dental visit. Lack of Clear Communication: I was told I am no longer an NHS patient because I haven't seen a dentist in 2 years. However, I attended a hygienist appointment during this time and was never informed that only dentist visits maintain NHS status. This information should be clearly communicated to patients. I’ve had a really positive experience at Alpha Dental Practice Capehill. The staff are always extremely friendly and welcoming — they remember personal details from previous visits, which really makes you feel valued as a patient. The care is professional, the atmosphere is warm, and the prices are very reasonable compared to other clinics. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and friendly dental practice!
