Visited here for a full check up and examination today with my mum and the experience here was amazing!! Kieron is a fantastic dentist - he is professional and friendly! He went above and beyond for both of us to ensure we had a chance to ask our questions. Kieron also explained everything thoroughly, all while showing compassion. Thank you to Karen for being so kind and supportive during the process for me and my mum!! Finally, shout out to Vanita at reception, it’s hard to find enthusiastic and helpful receptionists these days! Glad to have found my new dentist!
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this practice. I was originally booked to see Suki, only to receive a call six weeks later informing me that the appointment could no longer go ahead unless I paid an additional fee. When I booked the appointment, it was done online and there was one fixed price for all dentists. No idea why suki is £75 and someone else being £30. Apparently, it was an issue with the website. They then rebooked me with someone else, Kieran who was genuinely lovely and did his best to help but the practice’s organisation and communication were shocking in par…
Amazing dental practice. Morale is lovely, so kind and gentle, great for any nervous patients. They offer excellent finance options, no pressure for any unnecessary treatments and the receptionist staff are great too. Always get an appointment within a few days too! Cannot recommend them enough
I had an emergency dental appointment as I had toothache. My dentist Kieron was super friendly and made me feel relaxed. He explained step by step my treatment plan. I ended up having a tooth extraction which was pain free and I felt instantly better. I have a treatment plan now in place so will be returning. Thanks to Kieron and all the other friendly members at Mark Tangri Dental.
