While the dentist was professional and caring throughout the treatment, ensuring my daughter’s comfort, we were concerned by the actions of the nurse (whose name we believe starts with “Deep”). Excellent experience at Dr Matt Clover’s orthodontic practice in Salisbury. The reception team were welcoming and made booking simple. The consultation was detailed and gave me full confidence in starting Invisalign. A big thank you to Melissa for her brilliant work on my scans and X-rays. She explained everything clearly and made the process easy. Professional, friendly, and well-organised. I feel in very safe hands and am looking forward to my Invisalign journey.

Absolutely fantastic service my son went for an appointment today. He has autism and pathological demand avoidance really anxious really struggled and the team went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable even changing the way they did things to accommodate him couldn’t be happier.
