This dentist is amazing, although now private patients only and no NHS I absolutely highly recommend this dental practice, I’ve been a patient with illeana for around 14+ years & started as nhs patient with her, when she changed practice I changed too as her professionalism & kindness is way above & beyond what you expect from a dental surgeon. As a nervous dental patient this is the best dentist I have ever had. Elana is friendly and very understanding.
The dentists here are excellent professional and highly skilled. However, I was surprised by the recent price increase for the hygienist services. £100 for a 25-minute (Ish) appointment feels excessive, especially when comparable services are available elsewhere for around £65. While I understand that prices can rise over time, this significant increase may deter returning customers. It’s a shame, as I’ve otherwise had very positive experiences with this practice. P.S Your reception staff do lack empathy.
Omg amazing experience, absolutely terrified of dentist!.....but in agony today and frightened to go. The reception team were AMAZING and they got me into 12th Aug at 2pm as I was in agony, could not eat. On arriving made to be so welcome assured me not to be scared. The dentist was fantastic and her team Ilena. Wow!!! everything explained tooth out, filling, abcess with treatment, and clean. Booked me in 28th August and I'm currently pain free with antibiotics!.
