The care I recieved was first class. I am a nervous patient but my fear of dentistry was greatly reduced from the very first visit. I would like to thank lillya and the team for their kind understanding and professionalism. I was comfortable and pain free throughout. Well done I am very grateful... It was my hygienist appointment today. Becky and Fern made the whole experience comfortable and relaxed. There's always a friendly welcome from the receptionists and they always use my name so that I don't feel like just another number.
We’ve just had our children’s first ever dentist visit, and it was honestly magical. From the moment we walked in, the gentleman was funny, kind, and instantly put them at ease. He explained everything in a way they could understand, cracked jokes until they were giggling, and even let them sit on the chair together while making it go up and down. There was no fear, no nerves—just excitement and laughter. What could have been a daunting experience turned into something genuinely fun. A truly fantastic first introduction to the dentist, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Highly recommend!
If you are a nervous patient or you have had bad experiences , look no further. Vladimir has a gentle, reassuring ,demeanour providing a high -quality service and peace of mind . The same can be said for Sarah, the Hygienist , the receptionists are friendly and the practice is very clean and aesthetic.
