Good dentist, the receptionist is really great, professional and friendly. When you go in she makes you feel welcome and always smiling. Appointments are made really fast and not long waiting times. Definitely recommend them.
Absolutely fantastic team of people, I went in nervous after a couple years of bad dental hygiene due to mental health. Elvis and the dental nurse put me at ease straight away, made me feel comfortable and heard. Receptionist is also lovely and very welcoming. I had my first hygiene appointment and again was made to feel at ease and comfortable. Couldn’t recommend them enough.
I have been coming to Smiles for many years and was pleased when Rhyl branch opened as it is nearer to my home address. I received the same excellent service that Smiles always provides, from a warm friendly greeting at reception to a great dental treatment. I don't like needles but the injection site was numbed and the injection itself didn't even hurt. Dentist Elvis gave me options for a broken tooth repair and I was very happy with their service overall. Would recommend.
Dental hygienist appointment with Claire and Taylor was very thorough and a professional service. They eased me and helped me feel comfortable as they knew I was anxious about my appointment. Thank you so much!! Also the receptionist was fantastic and very kind too!
