Coastwood Dental Practice

We haven’t had a dental appointment for a couple of years being NHS patients of the dental practice that then changed over to BUPA in which every single appointment that we had booked got cancelled every single time so today was our first visit at Coastwood dental after it’s been taken over. As someone with a lot of anxiety around teeth I had been putting of going to a dentist for years. Unfortunately, I broke a tooth and needed to get over my own fears. I signed up to this dentist as the receptionist Amy was so incredibly friendly and helpful. She reassured me the practice understood dental anxiety and I would be in good hands. She wasn't wrong. My dentist is Ahmed Ghumati, he was straightforward with what needed to be done but never pressured me or make me feel guilty for the treatments needed. Our children are newly-registered NHS patients here. Omo was excellent and very kind to two rather nervous patients. They have previously had some bad experiences with dentists, but he talked to them at their level and helped them relax in the chair. The rest of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Thank you!
