MyDentist – Rhyl

Rang this morning to book my wife in to see the dentist with a loose tooth and swelling was informed to pay £125 on the phone which I did was told my wife’s appointment who was in a lot of pain would be 3-30pm today. She arrived before 3-30 let them no at the desk that she was here she was told to go upstairs in the waiting area was still sat there at 3-50pm they then brought a 4page form out to fill out this then took the time then to well after 4pm to think we paid a £125 for this kind of service not good at all very poor service.

Thank you to elwy dentist. Rang first thing this morning. They didn’t have anything but then within 20minutes they had rang to say they had a cancellation. I explained I was petrified and they made me feel at ease. I paid £125 over the phone before I got there. The service was unreal. The dentist was as amazing I walked in with tears rolling down my face and feeling scared and through the whole situation he was reassuring. I may add he was very good looking too

Like to say and to thank reception staff and Christus lykidis the dentist who extracted my teeth today and nurse Kim garnet for great service and was made very comfortable brilliant and pain free too thank you very much and I would highly recommend the service to anyone

Heather was absolutely brilliant when I needed an emergency extraction following severe pain overnight. She went out of her way to ensure that other appointment times were adjusted to fit in the time that was needed and nothing felt rushed at all. Her communication was excellent and timely. A great experience in a time of need. Thank you!
