Reception team are very friendly and welcoming. Kept me updated on when I was to be seen. Also smiles and a nice goodbye when I left which goes a long way. The dental team again very warm And friendly and put me at ease when explaining the work that I needed in a way I would understand. Work completed and the after care advice was spot on. So easy to write a review on here. My children and I have been coming here for the last 15 years, when we first moved to Rhoose. Heidi Mandy, Naomi, Ellie are just so, so nice. Pleasant to talk to and all so patient and caring to our needs. Heidi has always been bubbly, with her infectious smile and warm welcome, it definitely makes you feel comfortable going there. My 4 children are all Neurodiverse and the staff, both receptionists and dentists have been so patient with them over the years, making sure they are comfortable and not pushing them, when their anxiety has risen and can't go…

I'm 66, and this is, by far, the best dentist I've ever been to. The ladies on reception are so helpful, happy and have empathy. The dentist patiently listens to me, explains what she'll do and why, and the work is painless. It's just a shame I didn't find this Dental practice until I reached 65.

I’ve been looked after by Rhoose Dental Care Practice for many years, and the care has always been excellent. The whole team are friendly, professional, and incredibly reassuring. They really make you feel at ease and comfortable, normalising the whole experience. A special mention to Heidi and Carlie — they are both absolutely lovely and go out of their way to make you feel calm and well cared for. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice.
