Attended here for a new patient check with my family. What a lovely friendly practice! Very impressed with the building and facilities. The dentist we had for our visit Katherine was kind and reassuring to our kids especially our youngest child who was nervous. Impressed as she noticed our child needed onward referral whereas our old dentist did not! She explained every step to us and especially made the kids feel involved in the appointment. I could see this practice was a vast improvement from our old practice and so glad we have moved. The nurse Arline was fab as well the kids loved her …
Ramsay is the best dentist he listens to your concerns and understands fear will squeeze you in if need be . Very gentle kind lad
Had a root extraction & it was the best dental visit I’ve had in many, many years. The dentist Jack & his assistant Sophie were absolutely brilliant in every way. They knew I was nervous & anxious & they did an excellent job in reassuring & claiming me down before we started. I didn’t feel a thing throughout the treatment & both Jack & Sophie were on point with everything they needed to do.
I am really nervous of the dentist, but today was my most relaxed visit ever. Rory, Arlene and Ramsay put me right at ease and were very reassuring all the way through my treatment. I had no pain or discomfort at all and everything was fully explained. Thank you all!
