Exceptionally rude glorified receptionist that makes excuses for the current state in the dental crisis. Pleased to hear they do not accept NHS patients, if the practice is as bad as the reception service then we have possibly dodged a bullet.

Dr Erbetta is a great dentist, he is so kind & I feel he really cares about patients. The receptionists are really friendly & helpful. Nothing is a problem! Great experience every time I go. Thank you.
Found this practice after a bad experience with Bupa in Westbourne. First appointment at Thistledene today; every member of staff was friendly and helpful, and the dentist himself was infinitely more trustworthy than my last one. All areas of the practice were clean and well presented, would definitely recommend.
