I had an excellent experience with Uzma and Deb for my tooth extraction. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel completely at ease. Tooth extractions can be nerve-wracking, but Uzma was incredibly gentle, patient, and professional throughout the entire procedure. Made an appointment over the phone. Very easy and the call taker was very helpful and polite. My appointment was with Karim and Amy. Karim explained what he could do as my tooth has broken He filed down the sharp bits and put a temporary filling to cover the root. Amy is delightful and they are both professional but friendly. Would definitely recommend. Thank you both.

Thank goodness for the wonderful Uzma and Deb at the the247dentist! I was in the most excruciating dental pain this weekend, never ever have I felt anything like it! Literally unable to function with the pain emanating from a tooth and would have done anything to remove it myself if that was only option! (Toolbox pliers looked acceptable option at one point!) Having found the service using Google, I was able to make same day appointment with very sympathetic call handler and 4 hrs later I was in the really nice surgery in Poole. Totally professional from start to finish. Safiya has a totally calm and reassuring voice tone which helped me throughout my whole experience. I have not been to a dentist in many years & needed an extraction and between Safiya & Heidi, they managed to keep me calm and reassured.
