Warm welcome by reception staff, which was well received by my 28-month-old, who had never visited a Dentist before. Prompt appointment start time. Zohreh Yazdani-Khonakdar was extremely kind and gentle with my daughter and had a natural way of engaging with her. I’ve never enjoyed going to the dentist… until Dental on the Banks! From the moment you walk in, the whole team makes you feel completely at ease. The reception staff are warm and welcoming, the hygienist is gentle and reassuring, and the dentist and nurses are incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. They genuinely make what’s usually a stressful experience feel calm, comfortable, and even pleasant. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!
