Had fillings at this dentist, they were rushed and the dental nurses were talking to each-other the whole time. returned 4 months later and they said nothing was wrong, yet I told them I had tooth pain daily. switched dentist who told me that it was filled too quickly creating air pockets. so it now needs to be redone. I also asked for my X-rays and they shared with me another patients accidentally. Filing a claim for negligence!
Went for first visit but had some trouble finding it. I was panicking because I was getting very late. Phoned reception who gave directions and told nicely not to worry about the time. Dentist good, removed tooth virtually painless. Thank you Poole Dental.
If you are anxious in any way about going to the dentists, this is the place for you! Debbie is so kind and puts you at ease with any treatments, and the dentists are so understanding and walk you through every step.
This clinic has terrible service, inexperienced dentists... I wasted money, I don't recommend it to anyone... that must be why they are accepting NHS patients to make easy money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. Detail, the lady at reception I think hates her job... she treats everyone very badly.
