Moonlight Dental Surgeries Limited

Sadly all changed, can't book appointments at all, and staff is not helpful, not telling me why. I never used a surgery when you can not book any appointments at all and receptionist cant tell you why??? I referred many people to this clinique, saying how great they are, but now became a joke, at least out of respect you should advise people the reason that we can not book ANY appopintment online or over the phone. I saw some elderly turning up at reception harly can walk, and they were ditched as well. Disgraceful.

I have always found the doctors and the receptionists good and helpful and professional. prescription requests have never been an issue to obtain. For routine appointments it can be an issue I waa told 6 weeks once for an appointment but I guess this is probably standard practice nowadays in g.p surgeries but not helpful if you need an appointment.

I have in The last few months had to visit the practice often. I have spoken to many different reception staff and they are all without exception, polite, friendly efficient and helpful. I cannot thank them enough for arranging repeat prescriptions and medical notes for me. kind regards C.Dennis

Not great. Long wait over my appointment time today and had to leave due to work commitments. Waited 5 week for this appointment and now have to wait another 6 weeks! It’s disrespectful to not inform people of a long wait. If I had known I could have phoned work and tried to change things if I had been late I would have been turned away. I understand that sometimes things run over but when it’s nearly half an hour, let us know!
