10/10 dental practice! The team are so friendly and great at what they do which takes all the stress out of each visit. I've had very poor (even traumatic) experiences at other practices in the past but B&P are so welcoming & professional and always happy to help. Have had a few emergency apts with them and each time was given the relief I needed (once they even gave me a temp filling just 2hrs before I was due to go on holiday which was a HUGE life-saver as painkillers didn't seem to be working!) First time here. Staff pleasant. Good parking. Place spotless. Dental assistant and dentist great very chatty and made you feel comfortable. Good check up very thorough.
Just joined this practice so far very happy. Mary the receptionist was lovely, very friendly as was the dental nurse and the dentist Kimberly. We still have treatment to fix a few issues with our teeth. I am very confident that we have made the right decision to join here.
From the moment I walked in I was welcomed as was my assistance dog. For the first time in my life I felt relaxed and at ease in a dentist chair. Kept me informed of everything. Excellent service with very kind caring staff. Highly recommend
