receptionist- Devi made my appointment possible Price offers are incredible ans booking availability is incredible 😲 Dentist - Joanne went above and beyond to help me even financially even with NHS exception on emergency basis :) made me feel totally comfortable and provided me with treatment and advice. Will be booking in for further private appointments with her. Nurse - amy was kind and polite and job focused.
I had a wonderful experience at Viva Dental Norwich. From the moment I walked in, the reception team were welcoming, polite, and very helpful — they made everything clear and made me feel completely at ease. Dr. No was exceptional — calm, professional, and clearly very skilled. They took time to explain every step of my treatment, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Phoned for an emergency appointment. They saw me within a couple of hours. All staff were professional and caring. Had a lovely dentist who did a fantastic job on my tooth. No pain now and looks great. Thank you so much
I had hirrandous tooth ache from a broken tooth. Got a 111 appointment to visit here. I am overwhelmed with my treatment. The receptionist was brilliant. The dentist Suha and Devi were fantastic. With all my nerves and crying they talked me through my treatment. Gave me time to be ok. Full of empathy. Sat tslking to me. Gave me all the relevant information for the extraction I had. Gave me all the correct advice for my aftercare. Told me any problems to call the dentist and they will help.
