Had an appointment today with Dr Rohan Manlglapara, for an extraction. It was the quickest and most pain free extraction I’ve ever had. He explained thoroughly every step of the procedure. Had phoned my Oncologist to confirm it was safe to have the procedure before hand, then explained every step he was taking. Both he and his nurse were very professional, but with the caring touch, making sure I was comfortable and at ease. As always when I visit, I was welcomed by the reception staff. I didn’t have to wait long for my appointment. On talking with my dentist about a couple of issues since I last visited, he was very sympathetic and helpful and those issues were resolved at the time of my appointment. I’ve always had a good and positive experience at this practice and hope to continue to do so in the future.

I tried to get an appointment, but the emergency appointments had all been booked. The receptionist did say she would call back if they got a cancellation, (we are all septical, when that is said), but I got a call back and was very grateful. I managed to get the appointment for the same day and the dentist I had was great. Sorted my to pain out. Great service

I was treated with courtesy and professionalism throughout my appointment from arrival to completion on my first visit. Dr Shah listened to my dental background and understood the reasons why I'd not visited a dentist since the retirement of my previous dentist in E Kent some 8 years ago. He provided constructive advice and explanation on how I may improve personal care of my teeth and gums, which are in good order. I would not hesitate to recommend the practice to friends, I was very impressed and pleased. Thank you.
