Had a lovely appointment today with Bala and Taylor. They were both so kind and lovely and help me feel at ease. I have been seeing Bala regularly as after having my first baby my gums were swollen and over the years they got progressively worse. Bala was so supportive and honest about what I needed to do between appointments to help - she helped me learn how to use interdental brushes and tuft brushes, and this advice along with regular hygienist appointments have helped heal my gums. No other hygienist has been this supportive with help educating me - I went from essentially have stage 4 …
I am on the road to my perfect smile with friends dental. So far, I have nothing but praise. Needing a lot of appointments and bits going on underneath to get what I want. Today I had a root canal treatment (appointment 2 out of 6) which was totally pain free and over in seconds. My lovely dentist Dr Lucja makes me feel at ease every time. She's so friendly and nice, explains everything to me and I just feel like I can shut my eyes and let her get on with it, she has made me feel like I can just totally trust her. I'm a very very nervous patient and have put off the dentist for many year…
Very positive experience. The clinician was calm, professional and reassuring, and everything was explained clearly. The treatment was handled with care and I felt listened to throughout. Thank you for the compassionate service.
Excellent dental appointment today with Alba, she was really kind, took her time to explain exactly what was going on and what was about to happen. So as a nervous person with previous bad experiences at the dentist I was really happy with the appointment today! The clinic waiting room is spacious and clean and has a play area for children to help them feel comfortable at the dentists. I give 4 stars not 5 because unfortunately I had a bad experience last year with a different dentist at the same practice. But 5/5 today and I would definitely recommend Alba for anyone with fear of dentists!!!
