I had a really positive experience at Norwich Dental Clinic. The team was incredibly supportive and understanding, especially during an urgent situation. They arranged an appointment very quickly and truly helped save my tooth. The care and professionalism I received made me feel reassured and in safe hands. It’s always a joy visiting Norwich Dental Care. You’re welcomed at the door, today by Amanda, and the chairs in the waiting area are the most supportive and comfortable. Marjan came through to get me and again, I’m welcomed like an old friend. Dr Mas asks how I am and how I’ve been. He brings things into the conversation that indicate he’s read my notes and knows what he’s doing. All of this, from the front door to the chair, reassures me. If I were nervous about the dentist, this would all help me relax. And the check up goes beyond today, with advice on cleaning, toothpaste, etc being off…

A great dental practice in the city! The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, with good advice and helpful tips on how to help look after my teeth better, and my children’s too. Mas makes me feel relaxed and explains what he is doing. And, the all the dental nurses (especially Sonya and Amanda) keep me calm & cared for if I need any work done. Plus, parking is free and easy and no stress. Thanks!!
