I cannot recommend this dental practice highly enough. I saw Omar and his dental.nurse. I am a very nervous patient. Omar was very patient with me,explained what dental instruments he would be using and why. Omar advised me as to the next step for me,which I totally understood,and even though I know numerous teeth will be removed and there is now going to be frequent visits,I know that this is the right step forward for me. Patience,honesty and kindness are paramount to me. I received all 3. Thank you
Really poor service around getting the right receipt info so I can claim back dental care with my insurance provider. My insurance provider requires the practitioner's name job title and qualification on receipt, which is standard medical admin and which I asked for but the receptionist didn't know. I was then told the printer was broken so she couldn't amend the receipt I was given on the day. I emailed the next day to request it along with my provider's policy outlining the info needed and was sent a statement of my recent payments without the relevant info I'd clearly requested. I had to see the new dentist Usman yesterday for an extraction.He was very kind and considerate.The whole process was absolutely painless.Thank you Usman. I would highly reccomend.
Just got registered here as an NHS patient along with my family. The dentist and assistant was lovely, made us feel so welcome and was brilliant with the children. Stickers and gloves balloons and they're well happy. Xrayd my teeth there and then rather than getting me back which was brilliant (been told at other places they couldn't and because my kids etc) they accommodated them leaving the room to get it done. Top service and looking forward to this being our permanent dentist now.
