Our family have been with Jim Peirson Dental for over 20 years. Over the years we have had many good experiences from everyone - front of house staff right through to the Dentists and dental support staff Just home from a filling appointment for one of my children and everyone was lovely as usual. My daughter, who has disabilities, was referred to Jim Peirson Dentist in Norwich for two teeth extractions before getting her braces fitted. She is naturally very nervous about dental visits, especially after being previously traumatised by an earlier appointment with Jim himself. Unfortunately, our latest visit only made things worse. When my daughter became upset and scared, Jim showed absolutely no compassion or understanding. As an anxious patient, I was really dreading having my tooth pulled out this morning. Jim was fast, efficient and made sure I didn't feel any pain. The two assistants were absolutely lovely: very reassuring, and clear with after-care instructions. I have previously been treated at the practice by Dr Azhar, who was extremely thorough, professional, and patient. She made me feel at ease, which is probably the best thing you can say about a dentist. Thank you to all the team at JP.

Unhelpful and quite stroppy. Very well spoken lady on reception spoke to me 2 days out of 3. Both times I'd been triage'd by 111 as needing urgent dental treatment and despite ringing at 8am as instructed I was denied treatment. The attitude was outrageous and is exactly the reason we have a dental crisis. These guys have effectively gone on strike and just can't be bothered. Avoid
