I phoned the North Kessock dental practice first thing this morning with concerns about extreme swelling and pain after a wisdom tooth extraction at a practice in Inverness 2 days ago - they immediately booked me in for an appointment with Mari the same morning… Mari and her assistant were incredibly kind and helpful, and even comforted me when I got upset (I was suffering a lot with pain and lack of sleep). Antibiotics prescribed along with a much needed dose of warmth and empathy. Can’t describe how touched I was to be treated so well in my time of need… super straight forward and timely …
After a recommendation from a trusted friend i decided to give North Kessock dental practice a try and i must say Pete and his assistant Ashley are a fab team, everything is explained in detail as the course of treatment is rolled out, bright modern surgery with state of the art equipment puts you at ease immediately as soon as you enter, I’ve had several visits now and have never felt any anxiety as i know I’m in great hands, well deserved five star practice. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I used to dread going to the dentist, now I look forward to it! They treat you with respect and intelligence and are a great bunch of folk to be around. Never knew a dental practice could be this friendly. They don’t rob you blind, either!
